How to Join West Michigan New Horizons

Welcome! When you join an ensemble, you’ll automatically be added to our 2025-26 Membership List. Membership itself is free of charge, and you can also become a member (without joining an ensemble) by filling out the membership-only form below.

Steps to Sign Up for an Ensemble

1. Choose Your Ensemble

   • Find the ensemble you’d like to join and click the Join button.

2. Select Your Enrollment Option

   • On the next screen, choose one of the following:

     • Full Season – full participation (full charge)

     • Semester One – first half of the season (half charge)

     • Semester Two – second half of the season (half charge)

     • Additional Ensemble – free of charge (if you are already registered in another paid ensemble)

   ⚠️ Important: The Belissimo Handbells ensemble has a lower fee than other groups. You cannot select Handbells and then join a higher-value ensemble at no cost.

3. Complete the Online Form & Payment

   • Fill out the remaining information on the form.

   • Choose your payment method:

     • Online Payment (Preferred) – pay directly through the system.

     • Offline Payment (Check) – select this option, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Print and mail your check with the receipt.

4. Confirmation & Adjustments

   • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

   • If you make a mistake or need to adjust your registration, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
